HI {FIRST NAME},
We have exciting news: new clinical research on Magtein® (magnesium L-threonate) has just been published in
Frontiers in Nutrition.
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 100 healthy adults (18–45) with self-reported dissatisfied sleep
supplemented with 2g/day of Magtein for six weeks. The study reported improvements across cognition and related outcomes,
including:
- Improved overall cognitive performance
- Greater improvements in working and episodic memory
- Faster reaction times
- A 7.5-year reduction in estimated brain cognitive age
- Favorable changes in physiological stress markers (lower resting HR and higher HRV)
- Improvement in PROMIS sleep-related impairment
How this builds on earlier published research (2016)
These results align with—and help re-confirm—a 2016 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study in older adults
published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease, which reported improvements in cognitive outcomes with a
magnesium L-threonate–containing regimen. Together, the 2016 and newly published findings add to the growing clinical
foundation behind Magtein across different adult age groups.
